Is there a way to change the "Date Added" field?

Recently, I switched from Mendeley but the "date added" field didn't transfer to Zotero, I tried the Mendeley2Zotero python program (https://github.com/flinz/mendeley2zotero). although, I have a python programming knowledge I couldn't get the Mendeley2Zetero work. I decided to change the "Date added" manually for all 280 references I have. However, I don't think that this field is editable, any workaround?

    No, sorry, not with reasonable effort -- why do you want to change that field?

    Sometimes I would search for some references that I added around the same time (i.e. while writing a paper). But I guess I can live without the correct date added.
