Changing from Roman numerals to Arabic numbers in Chicago style?

Does anyone know how to change the Chicago citation style from Roman numerals to regular numbers?

that's set in Word. Zotero just inserts the footnote, Word determines how it looks. If you google "Change footnotes to roman numerals" and your Word version, you'll find detailed instructions (I know you want to do the reverse, but the steps are the same and the google results are better)
