Style Error: Chicago Manual of Style 16th and 17 edition full note

I have been using 16th edition full note no ibid, but changed to 17th edition full note last time I created a new document. The first note is correct, but later citations to the same source following the first note, only show last name and page number, not the title as it should. I tried switching to 16th edition, but the same thing happens there. As I am woring on aresearech literature review with the same author for several books and articles, this is a problem, as it is not possible to distinguish between the various books/articles.

    The 17th edition manual distinguishes between the format for a citation to the same item that immediately follows the first one (where ibid used to be used) and citations to the same note that are subsequent with intervening references to other items. For the former, the manual calls only for the author and page number. For the latter, the short title should also be added. This is the behavior implemented by Zotero.
