Zotero not citing certain journal abbreviations correctly

I am having an issue with zotero not citing the abbreviation for the Journal of Polymer Science Part A: Polymer Chemistry; i.e. J. Polym. Sci. A Polym. Chem. It does fine with the majority of the abbreviation, however instead of placing the "A" in the abbreviation it substitutes in "Part" instead. Is there any way to go about resolving this issue? I am not code savvy so a walk through would be appreciated.

    To update, when I view the citation in the style editor window zotero cites the abbreviated journal title mentioned above correctly. I'm not sure where the problem lies.

    Unfortunately changing the automatically generated journal abbreviations is a mess. If your entries have the journal Abbr. field filled out consistently, you can uncheck the "automatically abbreviate..." box in Set Document Preferences in the Word add-on and Zotero will get the abbrevations from there (which is what happens in the style editor), but that's unfortunately it
