Upgrade StorageZotero tab in MS word does not work after upgrading Zotero5

after upgrading to Zotero 5.
I got the error for 'integration error' but it was fixed after getting some advice.
However, Zotero Tab in MS word does not work.
Add/edit Citations buttons do not respond.
Is there anyone who can help me fix it?
