Zotero loads but error occurs when clicking on any item in library

Neither rebooting nor restarting Zotero solves the problem.

  • Can you email us at support@zotero.org with a link to this thread? (This is actually due to something in your database that we produced specifically for your institution years ago.)
  • This should be fixed in the latest 5.0 Beta, and the fix will be included in 5.0.30 soon. (You should still email for further details.)
