Upgrade StorageReport ID: 965402911 (Zotero Offline)
I'm not sure how this relates to my error report, but I receive this message when trying to open Zotero:
"The Zotero Connector was unable to communicate with the Zotero desktop application. The Connector can save some pages directly to your zotero.org account, but for best results you should make sure Zotero is open before attempting to save."
I use Zotero on Firefox, and this is my first time trying to use it since the switch to Zotero Connector. I have read the troubleshooter and FAQ but still haven't been able to figure this out. I do not have any security software running.
I'm really just interested in retrieving my data so I can save it elsewhere. Any help would be appreciated!

From now on, you will use the Zotero app as the hub for your research—searching, organizing, citing, rather than Firefox (which now just sends items to Zotero through the connector).
