I do all my research and reading on iPad.
What is best way to save articles to Zotero while using iPad?

You can use the Zotero Bookmarklet to save items from Safari to zotero.org.

You can browse the Web library on zotero.org on your iPad.

If you want to annotate PDFs on you iPad, you can use the Zotfile plugin in Zotero on your computer to send PDFs to a folder that syncs with your tablet (e.g., a Dropbox folder) and then pull the PDFs back after you edit them.
