Two new windows opened instead of one

I get the known error when trying to scrape from arxiv (at e.g. http://arxiv.org/abs/quant-ph/0703179). When I then click the Known Translator Issues link, two new Firefox windows are opened (both displaying http://www.zotero.org/documentation/known_translator_issues).
