Referencing Edited Book Chapter... When the Chapter Doesn't Have a Title

So - sorry if this has been answered in a different thread, but I haven't been able to find it through my searches of the board.

Two different edited books I'm using only have chapter numbers, not titles.

Do I just leave the TITLE bar blank, under the Book Section Type; or put, for example, CHAPTER 7,878?

Many thanks in advance
  • Is it an authored book (with one author throughout) or an edited book (with different authors for each chapter)? If an authored book, you would just cite this as a Book item and include the chapter number in the in-text citation (like for page numbers) if neesed.

If an edited book, then enter Chapter 7 or similar as the title. (Do you have a link to the book information? This would be rather unusual.)
