Problems after Upgrade

Unfortunately Firefox's "upgrade" has caused problems. I installed the connector and reinstalled Zotero. Now when I create a new word document Word fails to properly function with Zotero. If Firefox is not open, there is a prompt from Word that it is unable to communicate with Zotero. But when I open Firefox, nothing happens. Using the old version, in a new document Zotero would prompt by asking what sort of citation format to use, (APA, Chicago, etc). Now there is no prompt, and no way to insert citations.

    You need to open the Zotero app, not Firefox, to work with Word. (Firefox now only has a small Connector extension that lets it talk to the Zotero app, like Chrome has always had. All of the action of Zotero takes place in the Zotero app.)

    Yep, you don’t even need Firefox open at all to work with Word (which has been super helpful for my focusing when I am trying to write).
