Error Message: The range cannot be deleted. [setText:field.cpp]

I get this error message when I try to insert a new citation in a Word doc. The Word doc already has previous citations, and I'm trying to add this new one in the middle of the doc with existing citations before and after the place I'm trying to add the new one. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

This solved my problem. I turned off the "Track Changes" feature in the Word doc and was then able to insert the new citation. Thanks for your help!!
