How to change the Arabic translation in Zotero bibliography

Zotero translate "edited by" in Arabic bibliography to "تحرير". The correct translation is "تحقيق". Is there anyway to let Zotero replace the incorrect translation with the right one?

It's rather complicated to replace CSL locale files in Zotero, so it's better to wait until we can accept your proposed changes on GitHub. Note that you can add parts of a locale file inside a custom CSL style (see e.g. https://github.com/citation-style-language/styles/blob/e05736e696f970e77b06dd5ead3bfb6817e4ea6d/apa.csl#L37) if you need something right now.

if i add parts as suggested in the customized CSL file, will it replace the the similar parts in the standard local file?

when using the style, yes.

The changes have been already accepted and processed in GitHub. When it's expected that they will be incorporated in Zotero?

whenever the next version (5.0.34) comes out -- there's no regular release schedule, but at this point releases are typically at least once a month.
