citations[(j - 1)].sortedltems.slice(...)[0] i undefined

Buongiorno a tutti, cercando di cambiare lo stile delle citazioni in un testo word

passaggio da "Mélanges de l'Ecole française de Rome" a "Revue Archéologique" ricevo questo messaggio di errore:

citations[(j - 1)].sortedltems.slice(...)[0] i undefined
Qualcuno sa aiutarmi
Grazie
  • which version of Zotero exactly?
  • I used the 5.0.27 version

    Thanks!
  • And does this happen in a new document, too, or only when changing styles in an existing one? If the latter, see https://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_troubleshooting#debugging_broken_documents
  • I try the differents solutions but nothing...
    This is the report error in zotero: ID 2047045765

    version => 5.0.27, platform => Win32, oscpu => Windows NT 10.0; WOW64, locale => fr-FR, appName => Zotero, appVersion => 5.0.27, extensions => Zotero LibreOffice Integration (5.0.8.SA.5.0.27, extension), Zotero Word for Windows Integration (5.0.5.SA.5.0.27, extension), Shockwave Flash (27.0.0.187, plugin)
  • could you say whether this does or doesn't happen in a new document?
  • In a new document I can change from one style to another without any problems. I think that the problem comes from the old document that is three years old.
  • But splitting that document up as per the debugging instructions doesn't help?
  • There! In fact I separated the parts and it worked!
    Thank you
