Is it possible to add items to the Zotero library on a computer that doesn't use Zotero?

I'm trying to add some e-books to my Zotero library, working on a public computer in the university library. Is it possible to somehow add them to my Zotero library, if I cannot install Zotero on this public workstation?

    If you can install the browser connector, you can connect that to your online library and saving from many sites will work. Otherwise you can almost certainly use the bookmarklet https://www.zotero.org/downloadbookmarklet though that works less well than the connector.

    If all else fails, you can obviously manually add items to Zotero on this site.

    Note that none of these options allow you to upload files to a webDAV sync (only Zotero storage). There is no way to do that without Zotero installed.
