missing Zotero icon after upgrading Standalone

I no longer have the Zotero icon showing to open up my Zotero group library. This happened just after I got a message to upgrade Zotero Standalone, which I tried to do.

How do I get the icon back?

You should also upgrade Zotero to version 5.0.
