storage limit

Hi we have incresed our storage limit but the syncing stopped and this is the message i received: The group 'Coimmune IP' has reached its Zotero File Storage quota. Some files were not uploaded. Other Zotero data will continue to sync to the server.

The group owner can increase the group's storage capacity from the storage settings section on zotero.org.

Can you help me understand why did i receive this message when our storage limit has been increased after we upgraded our storage?
  • That group is no longer owned by the account you're posting from. You can see the owner of the group from the group's main zotero.org page.

    The owner also has a storage subscription, but it has reached the increased storage limit. They can see the current usage on their storage settings page (https://www.zotero.org/settings/storage).
