Hebrew journals styles - Zion / Tarbitz

Before I try to write a CSL file for the citation rules of Zion (the Israeli historical society quarterly) or Tarbitz (the The Mandel Institute of Jewish Studies quarterly), I'd like to know if someone already did this work (as I'm very new to CSL and I'm not sure I can do it...) or if any other style is compatible to the above.
