preserve rich text when downloading reference from a browser
Steps to reproduce:
- go with your browser to a reference with rich text, e.g.:
http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0277379111002174
- click "save to Zotero"
=> in Zotero, the subscript formatting is lost ("02/N2").
Zotero supports subscript formatting, so it should use it ("O2/N2")
