Stop saving pdf of research article

Generally, When I open article in IEEE digital explorer or any other research engine, Zotero browser connector saves its pdf along with metadata.

Since few days , I am facing few problems:
1. Zotero get unistall itself
2. article metadata is saved, but not its pdf

I don't understand 1.) but 2.) we're aware that there are situations in which Zotero does not save PDFs from IEEE and are working on a fix:
