Upgrade after renewal

Hi. My account automatically renewed in July 2017 so I paid $20. I'd like to upgrade to the $60 but this will mean paying $80 overall. Is there a way I can get credit for the 20 already paid? Thanks

We actually changed how this works for just this reason.
When you switch plans, unless your current plan is nearly expired it will simply change your expiration date (
https://www.zotero.org/support/storage_faq#how_can_i_upgrade_to_a_larger_storage_plan
). You won't need to pay again until the prorated expiration date.
