I cannot save.

I keep getting this error "Could Not Save Item"
I have tried the suggestions on the forums and nothing helps.

My error report gives me this:

[JavaScript Error: "Permission denied to get property XULElement.popupOpen" {file: "http://imageserver.ebscohost.com/WebDevImages/javascript/release/ep/common/ehost_common.js" line: 1}]

Please help

    can you try on a different site than Ebsco? There appears to be a problem currently with the Ebsco translator.

    A fix to the EBSCO translator was added last night. Your copy of Zotero should auto-update within 24 hours, or you can update manually by clicking Update Now in the General pane of the Zotero prefs. You can reach the preferences from the Actions drop-down menu, accessible by clicking the gear icon in the Zotero toolbar.

    Just checking in about the EBSCO translator. I'm still having trouble with it, and I've updated everything and gone through all the checklists. Is anyone else still having trouble citing from EBSCOhost?
