Difficulties to export collection

Hi guys,
i'm using zotero for my job.
I obtained a new laptop and i'd like to export my zotero collection on this new one.
When i'm clicking "export collection", nothing appears...
It's really annoying because i haven't this collection anywhere.
Someone could help me ? Please ?
