Accessing my library
As a new contractor, I have recently taken over access to a Zotero account which was created by a past employee of my organization. I am not familiar with how Zotero works and am having trouble accessing the data in our library. I have been told by Zotero security that there are over 2000 files on the account that I am using, but when I click on my library, it is saying "0". The only reason I do know we have data there, is from accessing the front end, which is connected through our wordpress webpage. How do I get to the backend of this comprehensive library? And once there, is there any way to access it in a database type format?

If you install the Zotero client (https://www.zotero.org/download/) and sync with that account, you'll also have the data locally in an sqlite database.
Install the Zotero client and sync: https://www.zotero.org/support/sync
and the group will show up in Zotero
