cross-references separated by sections

Hi, I am writing my thesis and need to have many chapters with their own reference list. Is there a "section break" in the reference manager? I have many cross-references and references numbering needs to restart at the beginning of every chapter. I am obliged to unit the chapters eventually.
Any new developments?

The way to do this would be to write each chapter as a separate Word/LO document, then combine them at the end after you have used "Unlink Citations" in each document.

Thanks, I was hoping that something new had developed...I will need to make changes once the document is finalised.

I recommend keeping the original chapter files with live Zotero citations and then making the changes in those before re-compiling.
