Problem with citations:1718613896

Hallo,
I would like to ask about a problem I have with my citations. When I choose an item from the zotero window it opens; then appears this message: 'Zotero experienced an error updating your document. This ['et-al']. single is undefined'.
I would be grateful informing me what is this message about and what should I do to overcome this problem.

See the thread I linked to above. You need to either update your version of Zotero or upgrade to Zotero 5.0 if that's a possibility for you.

If I upgrade Zotero 5.0 I will have access to my library or I will miss all item?

I upgraded Zotero 5.0. It works for the moment. I hope I won't have any problem to insert bibliography to word file I am working on.
