I have sent an invitation to join my PTG and neuroplasticity group twice but my invitee has not gotten the message in her inbox either time. She also cannot see the group in her library side bar. Help!
How are you sending the invitation (email or username from group member settings, on her user profile page)?
Are you sure you're sending to the account she's logging in with? The group would not appear in her library list on the Zotero client until she joins (and won't currently show up in her online library at all).
