Upgrade StorageExtracting Annotations
Wondering why I'm having difficulty extracting annotations on some PDFs and not others. After highlighting and taking notes on a PDF file, I attempt to extract the annotations; however, I get an error message stating" Attachments skipped because they are top level items." Can anyone provide insight on this?

adamsmithThe way Zotfile is set up, you can only extract annotations of PDFs that are attached to a Zotero item (automatically or via "Retrieve Metadata" or "Create Parent item")
