bibliography and citation actualization error

edited November 2, 2017
Hi,
Sorry if a post exists (and for my english), I didn't find one corresponding to my problem..

This afternoon, working on an open office document (with zotero standalone), I was adding some citation in my word when suddenly open office send me an error message.. I still don't understand it..
So I tried to update zotero and openoffice and java but the problem is still here.. And the numeroation of references seems not to actualize like is should anymore.. I can't add new citation and edit those already on the doc..

What can I do ? Is all my numerotation lost ..? I hope hard it isn't...
Thanks a lot for help..
