Error message 1002816328 at every attempt to sync
Hi, I am trying to sync my Zotero database on my new computer. I use box.com web DAV as well to store the files attached to each entry. I keep getting this error message. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Faisal

dstillmanCan you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync attempt that fails?

snahri@dstillman thanks for getting back. I don't have a Debug ID. I am not sure where to find it. I read the error message in detail though and figured it was an issue with some files. I looked them more closely, and the problem was probably special characters in the filenames. Not all of them had special characters in the filename though. I changed their filenames, and tried to sync again, and it worked without the error message. Thanks.
