Help! I cannot see my library online

I am logging in and my online library is empty. Syncing did not help
  • You want to make absolutely sure that you're syncing with the same account that you're logging in on the website. If you are, run through these steps to troubleshoot why sync isn't working:

  • I got the same problem on my PC at work.

    However, I think this is b/c of the bad (still) Win7 and IE 10 circumstances... and maybe some further restrictions built in, regarding Java etc. etc.

    Any idea how to fix that or to "go around" these issues?

  • Are you sure you have synced? (And definitely unrelated to Java)
  • I am (to 99,99%). However, I strongly assume that the problem is nonetheless to find in the outdated IE or some however blocked elements :-V

  • Hi, back again.

    Where the Libary should appear, there is just mentioned
    "itemstableTemplateitempaginationTemplate".
    Seems there is some problem/block with our certificates. However,I already talked to our IT guys... hopefully they can offer me a way out.
    Otherwise I still welcome any other option:)
