FirstSearch citations saved to wrong folder

When I try to save a FirstSearch citation to a particular folder (using Chrome, Standalone) the icon reads "Save to Zotero (OCLC WorldCat FirstSearch)" and then when activated a message says that it is saving to the named folder -- but instead it saves to the My Library folder. This necessitates manually moving the file to the desired folder. How to fix this?

    And you're sure it's _not_ saved to the named collection? That'd be unusual -- note that items are always listed in "My Library" not matter if they show up in a collection or not.
    If you're positive the item does not get placed in the collection that's listed in the saving... pop-up, could you post a debug ID from both Zotero (Standalone) and the Zotero connector that covers such a save process?
