Upgrade StorageSyncing online Zotero files with Word
Hello,
I am very technology illiterate and am having a hard time with zotero. I apologize if this has been posted, but I could not find precisely what I needed.
I recently got a new computer and downloaded zotero and the connector with no problems. However, when I went into Zotero and clicked "sync" in Microsoft Word, I was unable to get my files and folders from online to my word doc, and there are many! Can someone help me please and explain it in a simple manner?

bwiernikI’m not exactly sure what you mean. Syncing doesn’t have anything to do with Word. Do you see your items in your library in the Zotero app?
