Proxy creates failure for full data save to Zotero
Normally when I'm at college my Zotero connector works fine. If I go to the article page for a paper in JSTOR or ProQuest Central the connector icon lights up to become the little paper and I can easily save the publication, the date of publication, the edition number/volume and issue numbers, and the author(s). Everything I need to properly cite sources. But, I'm now at home on break which means if I want access to my school's literature data bases I have to sign in and use a proxy to have access to the literature databases. Now, at home far away from campus, when I'm on an article page the connector icon becomes a blue paper that says "save to zotero (embedded meta data)" then it will only save the link and the title of the article. What's weird is if I go to the same page on JSTOR just by going to it normally online without logging into my school's proxy it will work. I went to the exact same article both on the proxy and off on JSTOR, and the one on the proxy has the blue icon which doesn't really save anything, and the same exact JSTOR article off the proxy has the normal little white paper icon that saves everything I need. I have the newest 5.0.23 Zotero version for Windows, and the newest 62.0.3202.62 version of Google Chrome. The school uses "ezproxy."

These URL's connect to the same article and page (at least from what I can tell).

Your university uses a port-based EZProxy setup, which may not work as well with Zotero at the moment, but see https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/comment/287333#Comment_287333 for an explanation and a potential workaround.
You'll always get the proper translator on the normal URL, but it won't save the PDF for you automatically that way. If necessary you can always just download the PDF separately and drag that onto the item in Zotero.
