Zotero 5.0 installation problems

I installed version 5.0 and the connector for Firefox. Zotero won't load my library.

I received this error message:

Report ID: 853939713

There doesn't seem to be a Zotero folder within my Old Firefox Data folder.

I have spent days trying everything I could possibly think of to get the new version to work, but I keep striking out. Any advice would be very much appreciated.

    When you say "won't load my library" -- what exactly are you seeing? A library with just the "Welcome to Zotero" item or something else?

    I now see email bounced. And I can't insert the screen shot in this field.

    We don't know who the "you" is that you're emailing, but you can email support@zotero.org with a link to this thread or post a screenshot to Dropbox, imgur, etc. and provide a link here.

    It looks like you have the left pane collapsed, and you might be in an empty collection. Click the dots on the left edge to expand that to show the collections pane.
