Safari Connector not working (Safari 11.0)

HELLO,

My zotero safari connector is not working on my macair. My safari version is Safari 11.0, and the zotero version is 5.0, and as I download the connector from the website, it didn't react, I wonder what I can do. But for my firefox, I can download its connector and use it smoothly. But i really don't want to transfer to firefox.

I was told by my institute's IT colleague that they encountered several people in my institute with similar problems. But they couldn't fix, they just ask me to use firefox or others.

Could you submit a Report ID from Safari?

Actually, i donot know how to produce a report ID, but I guess this is what you want.

Thanks, though I still couldn't produce the report ID successfully, but Safari got updated to 11.01, which can operate the zotero connector now. Thanks again!
