Pdftotex-Win32.exe.is NOT installed
Pdfinfo-Win32.exe is NOT installed
PDF indexing requires the pdftotext and pdfinfo utilities from the Xpdf project. Zotero can automatically download and install these applications from zotero.org for certain platforms.

I’m following all the procedures on installing as directed but it doesn’t respond, what could be the problem?

To start, could you provide a Debug ID for the install attempt?

That includes an active sync. Can you make sure syncing has stopped and provide another Debug ID for just the attempt to install the PDF tools?

(Also note that you're at your file sync quota, so if you don't want to purchase a storage subscription you should disable file syncing for your personal library in the Sync preferences.)

another problem is that.. does opera browser has plug in for zotero.??

thank you, i have followed all the procedures but still i don't see Z icon on my browser. the message i am getting is "Saving Failed…
No items could be saved because this website is not supported by any Zotero translator. If Zotero Standalone is not open, try opening it to increase the number of supported sites" hour help please.

Sounds like you do have the right icon, because the error message indicates you've clicked the right button. What this means is you're trying to save from a website that's not yet supported, and/or you don't have Zotero Standalone open yet. What is the website you're trying to save from?

For reference, you can try this JSTOR page as an example of a website that is supported. There, you should see the little "page" icon top right and if you click it and you have Zotero Standalone open, it should be saved into your local Zotero.

For use Zotero in Opera install in the first step this addon https://addons.opera.com/en/extensions/details/install-chrome-extensions/
Due to Opera uses the same Blink engine as Chrome, then there is possible to use the same extensions as in Chrome.
