Upgrade StorageGoogle document plug-in

If it does not already exists, would it be possible to create a plug-in for Google Docs that would work the same way as zotero in Microsoft Word (Insert page notes or bibliographies).
That would be really good idea, as a lot people prefer using Google Docs
