Drag and drop

So is drag and drop not functional in the online version? By that I mean dragging and dropping items (articles) from one collection to another, or dragging/dropping a collection into another collection, etc. I can do this easily in the desktop version. It looks like I can pick up stuff in the online version, but it won't let me drop (get a black ghostbuster sign).
