Upgrade StorageLookup Wizard not working on friends Zotero but fine on mine
Hello,
After convincing a friend to use Zotero as well he seems to be really struggling. Everytime he uses the Lookup book via ISBN his version comes back and say 'Lookup Failed' even on books that work on my Zotero.
We have changed firewall settings, mirrored all Zotero settings from his and mine but his still fails to work.
Are there any other settings in Windows that interfer with Zotero?
Any help greatly appreciated.

Ask them to follow up there. My best guess would be it has something to do with worldcat, not Zotero.
