zotero connector is unavailable after downloading the new version of zotero 5.0

I downloaded the new version of Zotero 5.0 and I cannot access to Zotero and more again I can not reach my previous data library in Microsoft word! this link Zotero team proposed in this case doesn't work http://127.0.0.1:23119/connector/ping
please I need your help!

    You need to download the Zotero client and Zotero connector. The connector installs in the browser and the Zotero client is an app that needs to run separately.
