Including all citations in one bracket instead of multiple individual brackets

Hi,
I am having trouble inserting citations in a single bracket eg. [1,2] instead of [1],[2]. I have chosen the IEEE style and my submission to journal is soon. Can someone guide me as to what needs to be done PLEASE.

What journal are you submitting to? IEEE style specifies to put each reference in its own brackets.

IEEE is not a good fit at all. Try this:

it's not completely perfect, but quite close, including that the journal says to use superscript numbers in the text, not brackets.
