Convert Word footnotes to Zotero References
Hi,
I recently finished my PhD, and I'm starting to convert the thesis into book form.
When I started the project, I was a fool and didn't use any reference management software. Because of this, I 'hard coded' every single reference. Wasted so much time!
One of the things I want to do as I move towards publication, I want to make the process of changing references more pleasant. So I have started converting all my hard-coded references into Zotero form. This is a very slow process, as I'm doing each change by hand.
I was wondering if anyone knows of a way to automate this process.
I'd be grateful of any help.
Thanks!

bwiernikThere isn’t an automated way to convert Word Footnotes to Zotero References, sorry. You can, however, automate the entering of reference metadata into Zotero by using the Word function to convert all footnotes into endnotes, then copying the bibliography from Word to http://anystyle.io, exporting as BibTeX and importing into Zotero.
