Can't Save
Nothing is saving. I did submit the error report, but failed to copy to the report ID. I have the icon in my firefox tool bar, and when I click on it to save something to Zotero I get a small box on the bottom right of the screen that says saving to my Library, but nothing shows up. I've tried it with Zotero open on laptop, and with it closed and saving to zotero.org. Nothing will save.
1) Do you see a blue book icon or a different icon?
2) If you see a book icon and click it, does the title of the book show up under "Saving to My Library" or not?
I went here http://0-find.galegroup.com.library.unl.edu/ncnp/newspaperRetrieve.do?sgHitCountType=None&sort=DateAscend&tabID=T003&prodId=NCNP&resultListType=RESULT_LIST&searchId=R2&searchType=AdvancedSearchForm&currentPosition=4&qrySerId=Locale(en,,):FQE=(tx,None,8)Nuckolls:And:FQE=(ba,None,6)"5GEK"$&retrieveFormat=MULTIPAGE_DOCUMENT&userGroupName=linc74325&inPS=true&contentSet=LTO&&docId=&docLevel=FASCIMILE&workId=&relevancePageBatch=GT3016954601&contentSet=UDVIN&callistoContentSet=UDVIN&docPage=article&hilite=y
through my university's library to save a newspaper article, the newspaper icon shows up, I click it, and it says saving to my library, but the title or the article never showed up under the "Saving to My Library"
Not sure if this is just this one text, or maybe all of the platform, but in this case you get a report of a translator error, which leads to some text regarding Z4.
PS Firefox ESR 52.4.0 (64-bit) [Yep they also "updated" so it can also be related to that]
The nctq PDF detects correctly as a PDF for me on Zotero 5/Firefox.

For the PDF page it looks like this

Any clue why? Since PMC is https-only now, I'll fix this by defaulting to https in the API calls, but any thoughts on the underlying issue?
I checked any places around the two issues I reported. Nothing would works as supposed.
Instead I finally gave up and rolled back. Sorry guys, but what a relief. And I also had to check if the issues could be related to the FF update. It wasn't
v4 works in all my reported cases as supposed. The only trouble is that there are no recognized reference in the one case but I expected that.
Just a note on the roll back. Installing v5 moved the library out from the FF profiler which somehow probably is a good idea. If nothing else because installing v4 and pointing it back to the profile deletes what is in there, so it is not a safe place for older versions. So what I did was:
Export the references that you have done since updating to v5 (as rdf)
Rename a few files in the Z5 folder (in my case make a few extra saves just to make sure...). The main rename part is already in the what-to-do text https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/newer_db_version
Reinstall v4 (FF tricky trying to block you so you have to go around that), it points automatically to the new database.
Import the exported works, check for doubles, put doubles into the bin to keep the original dates added.
Update my cloud backup to include the new zotero folder.
One day I will probably come to like v5, but for now I will stay away. If the two versions could run in parallel in someway I would probably have been testing on.
