Citation not recognized

I use the HArvard Style citation, but when ever I close the document and reopen it, Zotero does not recognize the citation as citation any more...any changes or even creating a bibliography is not possible anymore.

I work with OOffice 3.0 and zotero 1.5

Any ideas?

Which file format do you use to save your document?

well, I use M Word/97/2000/XP (doc) in order to open it with Word on an other PC...

No, it doesn't—if you're saving as .doc, you just need to use bookmarks mode. Bookmarks mode should work in the 1.5-compatible plugins.

Thanks, I just decided to save it as odt beacuse using the bookmarl mode might prevent me from inserting citations in footnotes...
But is working all fine now! Thanks again!
