Upgrade StorageZotero Connector: “Zotero is currently unavailable.”

Zotero Connector doesn't work.
I followed these instructions but it's still not working: https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/connector_zotero_unavailable
1. I loaded http://127.0.0.1:23119/connector/ping in my browser (Google Chrome) and it didn't work.
2. I disabled Avast Antivirus and Windows Firewall, and everything was ok for a minute. Then I reenabled them, and it didn't work again.
3. I disabled Avast Antivirus and Windows Firewall again, and it doesn't work.
Zotero Connector doesn't work.

dstillmanedited September 27, 2017You'll have to figure out what on your system is blocking it — that's not something we'd be able to help you with. 127.0.0.1 is the IP address for your system itself and should always be accessible.
