Hello, wondering what may be causing sudden sync error with this id. The message I get relates to a Group collection I am in called NPS-OAH, and says "A file sync error occurred. Please try syncing again. If you receive this message repeatedly, restart Zotero and/or your computer and try again. If you continue to receive the message, submit an error report and post the Report ID to a new thread in the Zotero Forums."
This happened on my laptop when I tried to sync after a few days of not using the laptop. The "NPS-OAH" group is managed by my wife; maybe she added something new? But otherwise, I don't know what to say about "how this happened," other than it was an attempt to sync my Zotero on my laptop after not using it for a short while.

dstillmanYou should start by upgrading to Zotero 5.0, available via Help -> Check for Updates. If you're still having trouble with that, we'd want to see a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync that produces the error.
