Upgrade StorageServer alive but plugin dead
I'm using Firefox 55.0.2 in Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, and I cannot have the connector connect to zotero standalone.
Zotero Connector says Zotero is currently unavailable, but http://127.0.0.1:23119/connector/ping says that Zotero Connector Server is available.
Still, I cannot save any page to my Zotero Standalone.
Reinstalling connector plugin doesn't help.

adamsmithwhat action exactly is the reportID for? From where are you trying to save? Have you tried disabling all other Firefox add-ons?

dstillman Zotero Teamedited September 22, 2017Actually this may be a bug in the latest connector version (though we haven't yet reproduced it). Still try disabling other extensions, but we're investigating.

heyrict[Solved] It turns out that adblock has blocked the connector. After adding `@@^ping^$third-party`to exclution list, zotero works perfectly. Thank you for your support!
