Read/ unread

Would it be possible to implement a feature that can be used to mark what papers are to be read? E.g. a read/ unread functionality? Or a todo list?

    You can use the tags for the same functionality yet.

    Specifically, I think colored tags are quite effective for this purpose as they highlight items visually and are very easy to assign/unassign.
