How to manually define keys?

I want to export the library to bibtex file. But the keys are assigned and decided by Zotero. How can I decide what the keys should be?

You can't currently manually edit keys. You can do so when using the Better BibTeX add-on, though that's currently still somewhere between alpha and beta version for Zotero 5.

The part that is done is at beta-level now.
